1. What HomeLynx provides
HomeLynx provides homeowner intelligence and estimates — value ranges, confidence context, signals, equity illustrations, and educational Explore experiences.
- Not an appraisal, offer, or guarantee of value
- Not a lender, mortgage broker, mortgage advisor, or fiduciary
- Not credit or lending advice
2. Early access / free
HomeLynx is in early access. Features described as free early access cover current explore/intelligence surfaces as presented on the site. Early access scope, availability, and pricing may change.
3. Estimates and equity
- Estimates are approximate — ranges and confidence indicators are directional, not appraisals or guarantees.
- Equity is illustrative until mortgage balance and property data are confirmed by you / available sources.
4. Educational Explore
Explore paths (including do nothing) are educational. Optional financing appears only if you choose to continue to a handoff; HomeLynx does not require you to take a loan product.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting unauthorized access; scraping or abusing address/validation systems; using the product to harass or deceive; reverse engineering beyond applicable law; or using outputs as a substitute for licensed professional advice where required.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability (plain-language draft)
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMELYNX DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Estimates, ranges, confidence, equity figures, and market signals may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMELYNX’S LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO HOMELYNX FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS — THOSE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED. Counsel will polish this stack.
7. Soft confirm is not clickwrap acceptance of these Terms
Product “soft confirm” before a full account is not, by itself, agreement to these Terms of Service. Do not treat soft confirm alone as full account clickwrap. Account registration rules and acceptance mechanics will be clarified when accounts launch (counsel).
